coat/overcoat

都意为各类大衣。后者尤指在寒冷天气外出时所穿的长大衣。"over"本身有"fully covered"(完全覆盖)之意。

downwear/downcoat

"down"有绒毛的意思，"downwear"就是我们抗寒武器——羽绒服。

皮草、皮衣，是指利用动物皮毛所制成的大衣，具有保暖作用。
